Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Kingston, NH. We supply transportation to and from Manchester Regional Airport, Logan International Airport and Portland International Airport. We also specialize in transportation to and from all the Boston Hospitals and trips anywhere in the Northeast.
Q: What type of vehicle do you use?
A: Since the Covid Virus we have downsized to 1 vehicle. We now have a Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. It is all wheel drive and very comfortable with plenty of room. We are a green company who is Saving The Planet One Ride at A Time. Please book in advance as we will now have limited availability.
Q: What are your hours?
A: We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. As we are a home based business we appreciate your consideration when calling or booking your trip. We have an online user-form you may complete and submit. We will book your trip and email a confirmation during our office hours of 7AM-5PM.
Q: Does your airport services or hourly trips include a tip?
A: No they do not. The industry standard is 15%-20% we encourage you to add a tip for excellent service. The hourly trips and hospital trips do not include a gratuity. You may advise us the amount you would like to add when booking your trip. It may be added to your credit card.
Q: Do you allow smoking in you cars?
A: All our vehicles are NON SMOKING vehicles only.
Q: What is your cancellation Policy?
A: If you cancel your trip within 4 hours you will be charged the cost of the trip. If you cancel prior to that you will not be charged.
Q: Can I call for a quote on an unusual trip request?
A: Feel free to call the office for a quote on any trips. We will do our best to work with you on any request.
Q: Will you supply a greeter to meet my child or elderly adult in the airport?
A: Yes upon request we will meet your child or elderly adult at baggage claim to escort them to their driver at an additional charge of $80.00.
Q: How do I find my driver?

Q: Do you charge extra for early mornings or late night pickups?
A: No we do not charge additional fees for early morning or late nights.
