It is very important that you keep in touch with us. Your trip will go smoothly if we are informed of any changes such as missed connections, cancelled flights, delays or any other problems.
LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
The driver will not be allowed up to the terminal until your flight has landed and they receive a call from you. When your flight lands turn on your phone. Your driver will call and leave you a message telling you he has arrived at the airport. Return a call to his number and update him. It will take him approximately 7 minutes to get to the pick up area. If you have an international number they will not be able to call you, You may try to text. You may ask another passenger to call us or look for the pay phones located through out the airport. You may call our office if you cannot connect with our driver 1-603-642-6001. We understand if you are on an international flight you may take longer in customs. Make sure you call as soon as you are able.
If you fly into terminal A Exit the terminal on level 1 (baggage level) through door A102 go out to the curb and cross all traffic lanes using the crosswalk, and keep left look for the Limo sign. Wait there, your driver will be waiting for you if you have called him. If you do not see him he will be there shortly. Look for the white car with our logo on the side. If they wait to long they will be asked to leave and will have to return again.
If you fly into terminal B Exit the terminal on level 1(baggage level) Gates B1-B22 use door B101. For Gates B23-B38 use door B113 go out to the curb and cross all traffic lanes using the crosswalk, enter the parking garage and look for the limos. Wait there, your driver should be there if you called him. If you do not see him he will be there shortly. Look for the white car with our logo on the side.
TERMINAL C: New due to construction
If you fly into terminal C after you get your bags follow the signs for Taxi/Limo to Level 3 using the elevators or escalators. Upon reaching level 3 follow the sign (Bridge to Central Parking). Proceed to the walkway (Skywalk/bridge). At the end you will see the sign Central Parking P level G. Take a left you will see the elevator straight ahead. Take the elevators to level G. When you get off the elevators take a right on to the yellow walkway. Go to the end. Your driver will be waiting for you if you called him. If he is not there he will be there shortly. If you require a wheelchair please let us know we will have to tell them we are picking up a wheelchair. Look for the White Prius with the Green Rides Logo on the side.
If you fly into terminal E Exit the terminal on level 1 (baggage level) door using E104 go out to the curb and cross all lanes using the crosswalk, keep left look for the limo sign. Wait there, your driver will be waiting for you if you have called him. If you do not see him he will be there shortly. Look for the white Prius with our Logo on the side.
The driver will be waiting at the limo area. Turn on your phone as soon as possible. Your driver will call and tell you he has arrived. You will be able to call him back at that number. Let him know you are getting your bags and will be right out. If you have an international number we will not be able to call you. You may go to a pay phone and call our office number 1-603-642-6001.
After collecting your bags exit through the middle door (by the moose). Continue across the cross walk toward the parking garage. Go past the taxis. You will see the stairs & a ramp. The driver will be waiting at the bottom of the stairs, look to your left. Look for a white Prius with our logo on the side.
When coming into South Station Boston please head to the Summer Street side of South Station. The driver will try to be on Summer Street. We cannot park there long so please have your cell phone on and we will contact you.
